This year`s AGM will be held in Hamilton on
Saturday 22nd June 2004
The venue is – JET PARK HOTEL HAMILTON AIRPORT
the HUDSON ROOM – Ground Floor – 9 am to around 5pm
The AGM will start at 9am with a morning tea, greeting and be followed the Annual General Meeting and then Committee and Planning meetings. A Working Lunch and Afternoon Tea are also provided during the day.
The AGM is open to ALL NZRC Financial Members.
Please think about joining the NZRC National Committee and showing support for our group. There is one face to face meeting a year, usually at the AGM and other Committee meetings are done on a digital platform from your home.

Nominations need to be in by the end of the first week of June, so you all have time to get your nominations in. We do take nominations from the floor, so come to the AGM, we look forward to seeing you.
