Just an update regards NITE 2026 Claireville 13/08/25
The trail ride has become too problematic to run with vetting issues etc. So we have decided to change the proposed phase and will now be offering the following phases :
Saturday:
Team Inspection (TREC)
Riding Club Mount (Run by TREC)
Quadrille ( ??? any offers to run?)
Jigsaw SJ (Te Marua)
Sunday :
Pairs Dressage Test 5a NZRC Level 3 (Masterton)
Teams Cross Country (TREC)
Rescue Relay SJ (? Kapiti)
Hope you all agree that this looks a fun schedule with something for everyone. RCM and Team Inspection is for all members of the team. RCM the best 4 scores count. All other phases are for 4 riders only. All teams will have to supply two fence judges per team for XC fence judging on the Sunday
Dated 5/08/25
Le TREC NZ Wellington are hosting this year and have a great programme planned to include 6 phases. We are only a small group of NITE riders so would love to get some help for this event, so if you can offer us assistance please get in touch. We are offering the following phases: Riding Club Mount, Teams Inspection, Trail Ride, Quadrille, on the Saturday and Teams XC and Rescue Relay on the Sunday. This year we are also supporting the NZ Vaulting team who are aiming to send a team and horse to Sydney in 2026 to qualify for the World Equestrian Games so any profits made will be donated to their travel fund and so we are very lucky to have them at our event taking care of our catering and putting a show on for us on the Saturday evening
We will be sending out the Expression of interest form at the end of this month to all clubs and hope to see you at this event. Meanwhile, if your sending a team or can offer help please email:
